It more depends on what you gonna use the computer for, if its for gaming and so the i7, is pretty useless an i5 will serve you better.

If you explain your needs of the computer and budget im sure we can come up with something better.

=i need it for gaming and 2d architectural drawings (autocad) and 3d modelling and rendering(sketchup,lumion,3dmax) and some photoshop ,

=i really hope to get the smallest size without sacrificing power and temp control

1) I like the custom but my only issue is the stock Intel fan. A compatible Noctua air, or liquid cooler is really needed for an i7-4790K in a small case. The stock can cool it but it would be pretty loud.

2) Also a GTX970 is almost the same performance (15% average difference from GTX980) but can save a bit of money. The i5-4690K is also worth considering.

3) The Logitech F710 game controller really sucks too. The vibration features works less than 50% of the time (they gave me a replacement that also doesn't work so I guess it's a design flaw) and the triggers are really painful on my fingers. The default wired or wireless XBOX 360 controller is best by far.

4) If building, I recommend THIS motherboard instead since you have the i7-4790K:
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z97IPLUS/

$1400 build (including Windows):
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JFnN23

Almost $250 cheaper than your own build but obviously changed a lot of parts.

Discard if you want. I made several changes, and used the Silverstone SG08 case which I think has better air flow for a small case with a graphics card.

1) Asus motherboard:
- 8-pin power + better VRM cooler (not sure why Gigabyte board only has 4-pin CPU)
- M.2 SSD (on rear) save space
- up to "AC" for network

2) 2TB HDD (1TB for editing may not be enough)

3) Silverstone SG08 + 600W SFX

4) EVGA GTX970 ACX 2.0

5) i5-4690K instead to save money (replace if you want)

6) Noctua cooler

7) slim DVD burner

Other:
If space wasn't critical I would have personally got a Bitfenix Prodigy case, and semi-modular PSU, and Noctua NH-U14S cooler.

etc.

VIDEO (in french) if you want to see the SG08 put together with a similar CPU cooler to the one I recommend etc.

If you do get a front fan which may be a good idea since the GTX970 fans on this card shut off, then get a PWM fan so you can control via the motherboard software and make sure it's variable with specs similar to 400RPM to 1000RPM if possible. Most motherboard software won't allow the fan to drop below 40% of max (or 400RPM at 1000RPM max). Adjust based on that so minimum speed does not exceed 600RPM or it starts to get noisy. Good Noctua or similar preferable though i got Bitfenix fans for $6 on sale that are silent.

UPDATE: THIS is the best front case fan I can find for the SG08 case:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/enermax-case-fan-ucta18abl

It's 3-speed but just used lowest setting. It's also very quiet while still pushing a lot of air. 15dB at 116CFM is awesome.
