I was updating my graphics card driver and it had to restart but the only way to restart my PC is through a hard reset so I did and when I checked to see if everything was fine. Nvidia was not able to find my graphics card driver. It told me to download it at there website so I did and I kept getting an error compatibility. Also my graphics card did not seem to show in device manager but it's plugged into the monitor, lights up, fans spinning etc. will clearing cmo ( bios reset )fix this problem?

Solution
GO to controlpanel -> programs, -> uninstall nvidia graphics drivers and download new ones and try re-installing.
Sometimes the installation doesn't complete successfully.
Also make sure you're downloading drivers for the right graphics card.
