best gaming pc build for 700-800 that can run bf4 ultra at 60 fps+

I've personally built two of these systems now, and they will average over 60fps on battlefield 4 Ultra+4xAA at 1080p all day long. It will randomly dip below 60 during high physics moments, but it's just a moment, and I doubt you could tell the difference between 65 and 55 fps regardless. In also put in an 850w power supply in case you wanted to throw in a second card sometime down the road.
That video card has 1 hdmi, 1 displayport, and two DVI ports, so you could do your triple monitor setup.
Also, that's with all new components. You can grab used 280x cards for $70-80 cheaper all over the place.

The artifacting that some people experienced was coming from the vram. I've handled five 280x cards now and never experienced it, but if you do all you have to do is get MSI afterburner and create a new fan map to kick the fans on earlier and keep temps a little lower. Seriously, you CANNOT beat this card in price/performance. I'm not some fanboy, either. I run 780 ti's in my rig, but with all the people dumping their old mining rig hardware which is primarily R9 gear, their prices have been driven unreasonably low.
