Elite 110 120 or 130? They're almost the exact same price and also I'm having a non modular PSU so I have to have a place to shove cables

Solution

As for CPU air cooling, it is somewhat limited because the PSU rests on top of the CPU. Unless you have a huge cooling solution (wich is weird for ITX), you won't have problems using a "standard" sized heatsink. You won't need a low profile heatsink/fan, a stock intel/amd heatsink/fan has plenty of space (can't measure the gap right now).

The GPU has plenty of space for cooling.

I found plenty of space to put my cables tied together and then tied to the bottom of the HDD/SSD cage.
