ok i have amd r9 270 (msi r9 270 2g) it is recommend that i should use 500 watt psu but i am using 430 watt psu and it was working well but form last week i am having a problem ,when i turn on any game (heavy games) my computer hang after 1min then i took my old dell 230 watt attach 24 pin connectors grey and green wire connect with other psu (430 watt) in this way I am able to start both psu at same time then I connect all 230 watt psu pin to PC except 6 pin connector,then I connect my 430 watt psu 6 pin connector to my graphics cards in this way i am using two power supply at same time 230 watt powering (2 hard disk ,motherboard and cpu) and 430 watt powering only my graphic card but still the problem isn't resolve properly now my pc is taking 5 to 6 min before going on hang
now my question is, does pci express still powering my graphic card ? may be half power comes from pci express
and how much 6 pin connector give power on graphic card?
