msdia80.dll is in my D drive can i delete it

my windows 7 is installed on my C DRIVE
on my D drive I install my games and pictures etc

but that msdia80.dll is in my d drive
can I delete it ?

in my C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VC
there is only msdia90.dll and msdia100.dll


also I have a backup software on my computer called
ax64 time machine
does that what created that file ?

msdia80.dll is present on your D: drive because you installed games on that drive. That particular .dll comes from Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package which some games will install because it is required to run those particular games. I would advise AGAINST deleting it, as deleting that file may make some of your games unplayable. ax64 time machine did not create the file.
