what should i upgrade??? plz help

i have a budget of $450 and i also have fx 4130 and a gt 610. i want to upgrade both by bying a gtx 660 and getting a new motherboard and i5 4590 but then i thought i should get a gtx 970 and upgrade my cpu later i know this would bottlenech the shit out of my pc but what should i do?

well, just get the 970 and a decent water cooler for your cpu and overclock the shit out of the processor... fx processors overclocking is childs play... bottleneck will defenitely be gone

im really bad with cable management and idk how to install water cooler however if you can give me some advice on cable management maybe i could do it. btw i have 7 fans

best trick to make sure of your cables is zipties.. they come in handy, they are cheap, non conductive and flexible.. get them.. they will help you hold the cables in place.. rest is your logic and imagination.. use it to get the best airflow in your case...

a good cable management can lower your temp for around 5c
