Okay, so I recently built a new system and I'm occasionally having a boot problem. I'm thinking it's something wrong with the Bios. When ever I shut down my computer and restart it, every other time it seems to wait at boot screen for 5 min(estimating) and then finally loads Windows 8 normally. Other times it boots into windows in 10 sec. I checked the Q-Code Led when the computer waits at the boot screen and it says 64. Which my motherboard manual says "CPU DXE initialization is started". My motherboard is an Asus Hero VII and I have Samsung 850 Pro as a main drive. I have no idea what causes this only every other time. If it happened all the time I can start somewhere. But this, I have no idea.

Any help is appreciated.
