How much can you? that's a nearly impossible question to answer.
How much depends on your temps and the lottery of your cpu chip. You'll have to overclock it yourself and see for yourself how much mileage you can get out of it.
First I would just overclock the clock speed on stock voltages, stress test it. After you have found your highest overclock on stock and your temps are fine. You can increase the voltage (note: the voltage will increase temps dramatically.) After that it's up to you.
Look around at how much voltage your chip can take and go from there.
