i have 2 for you then

build 1 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2zvQhM mainly as 1x8GB seems like enough for gaming and general use also if you do not need any of the other parts on the list you can remove them and add on another 1x8GB stick to get that 16GB in Eximo's comment but still the Xeon E5-1620 v3 is much better than the i7-5920k and cheaper

build 2 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Wdq8zy it will be at around 75% with the everything in it running but also will have all 16GB that Eximo thinks you will need still the Xeon E5-1620 v3 is the best choice atm for a 2011-v3 build and the 1TB HDD can be upgraded later if wanted.

Vic 60 what about the budget? put of it was to still within the budget thus why i didnt include as good of parts as you did as the budget did not allow for it saddly also the Xeon in mine out does your i7 in most of what the OP will be doing even though the Xeon e5-1260 v3 has 2 less cores than the i7-5820k

When going for 2011 v3 i suspect that someone wil want to take advantage of 6cores and quadchannel which you don't give, otherwise is a 4790K a very good option too.

I don't know what the o.p. wants to do with this pc,he hasn't told us so you can only expect what he might be doing with it.

You don't know which gpu he uses and put such a low powered psu in your build, socket 2011 tends to use more than 1150 for instance, combined with a powerfull gpu not good enough imo.

I also wouldn't use a 5400rpm green drive as a bootdrive,it's imo just not fast enough.

You included windows which is a plus, but the o.p. first has to say if he needs that.

i totally agree with you but i took that off of one of my premade full build specs for that $1200 ~ $1300and just removed the cooler and GPU thus why it was nto so good.
i do agree with you that the WD Green Drive is a bad boot drive and if there was any more cash left to spend like if windows is not needed then the OP could get a nice Plexor 128GB M.2 socket M PCIE connected drive for the boot drive as that will give him a nice boost in speed to the OS and a few applications too just not that many and data will still have to be stored on the 1TB HDD which i was assuming he will switch out and/or just add another HDD once able to upgrade to something bigger.
