If this is the PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171018
...it may have enough power to start the PC and run it, but if you try to run intense games that work the GTX 760 at near 100%, it probably will overload it. The 2 all-important +12V rails are only rated at 16A each.

While Nvidia recommends a 500W PSU as the minimum, that one you have is a very low quality unit that won't really be up to the task.

For your own good, stay away from cheap PSUs like Logisys. Low end PSUs can be short lived at best and a fire hazard at worse. Here is a tiered power supply chart to go by. Stay in the top 3 tiers if possible. https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx?Redirected=true

This is the lowest quality 500W PSU I would feel safe recommending. And then only because the PSU master, Johnny Guru gave it an OK grade: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438016

No prob. Always glad to have confirmation.
Yeah, I bought the EVGA 500B version of that one awhile back for another budget build. Wouldn't have considered them except for Johnny Guru's recommendations.
