Is the stock cooler for FX 8320 better than cool master?

Is the stock cpu cooler for FX 8320 better than Cooler Master Hyper TX3?
And is the pre applied thermal paste ok or should I reapply new paste?

the FX series coolers I've used are loud and not very efficient. you will be stuck with stock speeds unless you want to hear a wind turbine blowing out of your system, and even then it will be very warm @ or above stock speeds. that TX3 seems to have slightly better specs(higher RPM and airflow), but at the same time smaller fans than the 212 Plus\EVO so it SHOULD do a nice cooling job. add a second fan for the push\pull setup and it should work okay.
i would personally stick with the 212 series if you have the room.
