Issues setting new desktop up

Hey guys, I followed the guide step by step and everything appears to be plugged in, but my computer will not start;
I know this is a long shot but can anyone see what's wrong?

it could be you plugged the power button incorrectly so yea check the motherboard manual or wait and ill find a vid

check if your psu even works

may be a faulty psu , simply the guide says get a paperclip take out 24 pin cable of your mobo then put one end of the paperclip into the only green cables hole and then to any black cables hole. this is safei havve done it several times

if your fan spins good your psu works if it dont then return the faulty psu
