I like dual monitors, but if there is a good inexpensive single/ triple that'd be nice

The CX series is a cheaper series that has a black eye from the cheaper components. Corsair does make good PSU but the TX, HX or AX series are those series. If you jump to another brand, Antec, Seasonic or XFX.
