Gives you $400 left over for monitor, keyboard and mouse. And has a nice black / blue color scheme.

id swap out the h80i for a dual tower phanteks... they come in many colors and preform much better then the h80i and much quieter and i can vouch for the Z506's. great 5.1 system. i have used both the logitech g930s and the CR veng 1500 and 2500s. id say just get a g930. they can be found for 99 bucks. i had a m65 and loved it but i swear they are engineered to break after 6 months. steel series rival might be a better choice, feels better in MY hand, but....

i am sorta in the same boat, but he wanted them included. as for the h80i, i went with it mostly because with the window in the case the aesthetics will be better (note the keyboard/mouse/ram/mb/gpu are all color coordinated with the case)
