Hey guys, this is my first build . I do a lot of gaming . I know i5 could be a better option but I intend to go with i7. Please have a look at the mobo and tell me if its the best option I have within $140 budget. But my question for the day is abt the PSU. I was really skeptical abt going for cs550m . I finally gave in couple of days back and even bought it for a good price $39.99 . I intend to over clock the cpu so I have my doubts now whether I made a good decision buying that PSU. Here s my build

Please advise me on any changes I could make with the PSU and also with any other component. My budget for the PSU is $80 and I prefer 80+ gold certified modular PSU.
Thanks

You did a good job. 600 watts is plenty but it would not hurt to 650.

The Evga Psu looks good.

Do u think its safer to go ahead and replace my psu with a 650w evga psu ? or is it good enough?

yes u r right! this is my first build so m bit anxious abt it. and yes i read that page yet i had my doubts. thanks :) i might be overclocking so its better to have a safer psu dont u think? coz i wont be building another one atleast for next 5 years

Here you can see total system load with GTX970 card gaming and OC 2011 CPU (more power) total system right around 300watts so I belief size wise you are fine http://www.anandtech.com/show/8568/the-geforce-gtx-970-review-feat-evga/16

Yes only reason to change is to go higher quality!

Thanks again :) this helped :) and yes the PSU I ordered is yet to be delivered! So I might just reject it on delivery. Hope they don't charge me with restocking fee for that.
