my friend have this laptop and wanted to play wow and its lagging is there anything to upgrade or do on this laptop add more ram anything

Yep, a desktop PC is the way to go if you want the ability to upgrade components. I have both a laptop & a custom-built desktop.
Best of both worlds, on the move portability when required, plus desktop PC for more demanding stuff at home & powerful multi-speaker sound output.
