It has a particularly bad power phase.. best to use a 6300. What cpu/gpu do you have now?

I would not put and 8 core cpu on the board you have. It's for 95 watt cpu's only. The Asus website says you can,
I do not recommend it because of the weak Vrm power phasing. You can go wiih the FX6300. You definitely do not want to overclock this board.

Zotac GeForce GTX 560 1GB GDDR5
It says its Overclock Ready though..
700w PSU, I should stick with a 6300 for Stable Gaming?
As well 8GB of Ram.

I have a heat sink on my board, and two 120mm DiabloTek fans focused on the CPU.
Would a FX6300 be Stable for Overclock?

They may have said this board is ready for overclocking is wrong. It's not really. That said it can be done but it will be risky.

And is Lithography a Factor in CHangeing CPU? Must the CPUS have the same Lithography or is there a max the board can take?

Nanometres? I have a 45nm AMD Athlon ii X 260, the FX-6300 is 32 nm CPU, will it still work in my board?

For the M5A78L-M LX PLUS Motherboard the FX 6300 will work fine. If you have not purchased this motherboard
I recommend you get another if you wish to overclock. This board is not for overclocking regard less of what anyone says.
You can try it but you are opening your self up to heat and trottling problems.
