I have quite an old GPU, but now I'm having some big issues with over heating. I play any game at all for about 10-20 mins and my entire computer shuts off - I think some people call it a TDR.
Have a look at this GPU-Z log, it's incredibly unusual and a bit dangerous.

How can I fix this? One day, my pc has completely fine temp readings and another day it's dangerously high with fan speeds rapidly increasing. I really need to fix this so I can play some games ):
Basic PC info:
64 bit windows
intel i5 chip
Nvidia GT320
4GB Ram
PS: I can also provide some BSOD minidump readings if needed, but for some reason they have stopped being recorded some days ago.
