All devices on my network refuse to load a specific site.

Whenever I try to load https://www.halowaypoint.com/ or any link from that domain it gives me a error saying "Cannot connect" in IE and "Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" in Chrome. I've tried on my phone (using my wifi), my PC, and my Xbox One. None of these can load the site. However if I use a proxy on my PC or my 4G from my phone it loads fine. Any ideas?

Works fine here so must be a prob with your pc if it needs a proxy

Sounds like you've picked something up. Fixed a similar prob up earlier today on a guys pc in here

Chrome (and IE) wouldnt work because I think adware / malware called grillaprice had been installed and some other program.

And since Chrome relies on IE. It kept adding this ip back under proxy

And everytime I deleted the proxy something kept adding it back again. I couldnt uninstall Grillaprice because it kept trying to connect but this proxy kept stopping it. Was damn annoying lol

In the end I had to get permission to the exe file for this thing so I could delete it and its folders and its registry entries. And the service it installed

But in the end I got rid of it

Only browser that wasnt affected was firefox, that worked fine on any site

Try accessing the website using its IP address

http://168.61.36.255/

If you can use this address to access the site, then you should suspect a DNS issue. You may need to change the DNS address in your router settings.
