I am running:
Gpu - Geforce Gtx 660 ti
Cpu - Intel core i7-4770k @ 3.50 GHz
Memory - 8.00 Gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3 2133Ghz
Mother Board - Asus intel Z87-A
Psu- GS Series GS700
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

My peripherals:

Monitors: Dell 1900FP, 1905 FP
Keyboard: emachines model: KB0511
Mouse: Razer naga epic

Future upgrades:

-I plan to get the HAF 932 Advanced with water cooling because I'm having cooling issues with my current case. the current heating issues is why i haven't over clocked to 4.1Ghz
- I will be getting new keyboard. ( Undecided)
- I will be changing my monitors ASUS VG248QE Black 24" 144Hz 1ms

I use my computer for a variety of things.Heavy gaming (MMORPGs) and streaming. I also do an intense amount of photo editing with ( Photoshop) and the entire CS5 collection, as well as video editing with Sony Vegas and animation with Poser Pro 2014 . I use the Nvidia Gamestream with my Nvidia Shield tablet on occasion.

I play: ArcheAge at around 60FPS on its highest settings except in large scale raid where it drops drastically.
- Other games such as Minecraft run at 250 FPS, Tomb Raider at 200FPS, etc all these games are ran at the highest setting.

Important
My Budget = 600 US Dollars to 900 US dollars

My Question

Should I purchase a second graphics card or a better graphics card GeForce GTX 760 for example? Can my Motherboard even support two graphics cards? My mother board says its Nvidia Sli ready. If there is a better alternative, or a needed course of action I would appreciate any and all feedback.

Thank you everyone for your time and assistance.

Your system is solid, you should be able to run every game, i would say your good for another 1-2 games. if i was going to upgrade anything i would go for a 970 which is one of the best gpu out there, i would also go for an upgrade to 16gb or ram, not needed but makes stuff smother and to finish it of i would buy an ssd makes stuff run a lot faster (boot up if os is on it)

Your build is actually pretty solid right now, but if you are looking for a straight answer, upgrade your graphics card, your CPU, RAM, PSU should be good for a few more years. You can get a 760 ti, 970, 980 for around your price point, but I can tell you from personal experience the GTX 760 performs at 60fps steady with the 4770k in basically every game.

Agree on this one, 16 gb of RAM will give less stuttering in SOME games, recently - far cry 4. In general though I would look into getting a good CPU cooler and overclock your 4770k to 4.0ghz, 3.5 is kind of sub par now a days. If you're worried about liquid cooling just avoid it and get a noctua or dark knight 2 air cooler, they perform equal if not better than most liquid coolers. Go for a 970 or 760 ti gtx, upgrade ram another 8 gigs and possibly overclock your CPU another 500mhz. That'll cost you about 500-600 US dollars.
