Hi. I had my PC get a reformat today to Win7 64-bit from 32-bit because I'm suffering from restarts and I thought it's because of the RAM or probably the Windows.
The reformat went fine - no restarts happened. When it was done and the technician left already, I was downloading some software that I normally use (IDM - not cracked, Skype, Avast). I was also updating the drivers. However, it - again - suddenly restarts. I couldn't figure why.
The technician didn't check my CPU hardware though - he just did a reformat because that's what I requested, but I told him it's because the computer keeps on restarting.
I have no idea why is this happening. Could there be a problem with the hardware? If I need to share my PC specs, just lemme know so I can post them here. Thank you!
