Core i5 4440 vs Intel Xeon e 1240

Hello.
I have two options to buy Lenovo Thinkstation e30 Specs are:
Used price=275$
Intel xeon e 1240
16Gb ddr3 ram
500Gb hdd+80Raptor
280psu I will change it.

New price 300$
Core i5 4440
4Gb ddr3
ASUS H81M-K LGA 1150
Corsair vs450
250b ddr3

I will be using it for gaming by installing r9 270 2gb Card.please tell me which is better deal.

Used build are great if you are on a tight budget. However for me, I tend to stay away from used builds, mainly because I prefer a new build that I can trust.

But between the two, I would actually go with the Xeon build if I am on a budget. And also depending on the age of the Xeon build, it may last another year or two.

SOrry my bad you are right.
This motherboard i meant (ASUS H81M-K LGA 1150)
So whats your final advice on this i am on tight budget and i will not be able to upgrade untill end of 2016.:??:Thanks

Thank you dear So what you suggest cause i wont be able to updgrade and E30 is barely used my friend bought it for MCSE exam now he does not need it and he will give me checking warranty of 1 month...and can i change PSU on E30 Thinkstation because on there website they mentioned this 2 x 10-Pin (2x5) Standard (CPU/memory) and i think standard cpu power is 4 pin.Here is link http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/documents/pd013932 ....confused :sarcastic:

and if i add 12gb RAM+casing 20$...it will cost nearly 400$...and E30 is completely built with all those things in it for 275$ it also have tp link wifi adapter....What you say and which will last longer...Thank you for your time

simply change the psu to any standard like cm 450 or antec and u can install any good gaming graphic card as iam using it with 625watts psu and gtx 660ti and its far more cheaper then new build which last longer like any new build
