Can i download a file which is more than 4 gb in macbook which has a fat32 storage .

I don't think macbooks can boot off FAT32 partitions - what makes you think it's FAT32?

well i am planning to buy a macbook so i just want to know i can download a movie or something which is more than 4gb .

The macbook won't have a FAT32 HDD, so yes, you'll be fine. Might not work so well with an external HDD or USB stick.
However, for various reasons, I wouldn't normally recommend a mac.
