Hello ladies and gents.
The not so almighty Hardware-noob (that would be me) is in dire need of help :)

Short story long:
I'm looking to upgrade my PC abit.
This is an old Hewlett Packard model HPE-010sc.
2-3 years ago i got some help from some of you guys, upgrading Graphics Card, PSU and throwing it all in a new tower.

Current build:
Tower: NZXT Phantom
Graphics: Msi gtx 560ti 2gb twinfrozr 2
Motherboard: Unknown
CPU: Some intel core i5 750 @ 2,67 GHz
Ram: Unknown brand, 6gb
PSU: Antec greenline 650w
HDD: Ye old HDD. Will be changing to SSD in the future.
OS Windows 7, 64 bit

Im looking to replace following:

Motherboard: http://www.computersalg.dk/produkt/2107129/mb-amd-fm2-asus-a88xpro-90mb0h80m0eay
CPU: http://www.computersalg.dk/produkt/2346427/cpu-intel-1150-i54460-ci5-box-32ghz-
Graphics: http://www.computersalg.dk/produkt/2302333/zotac-geforce-gtx-970-4096-mb-gddr5-zt
Ram: http://www.computersalg.dk/produkt/2079604?varenummer=2079604&utm_source=EDBpriser&utm_medium=edbpriserLINK&utm_campaign=EDBpriser

To my questions:
Will these components work with each other?
Will i need a bigger PSU? (i dont know how to figure that out :S )
Do i need more cooling? If yes, what would you suggest? Have in mind that i have NO experience with watercooling what so ever :)
When / if installing these components, will i still have my OS (win 7, 64 bit)? I assume its on the HDD, and will still be working if i don't change the HDD.

Please do say if you need more info in order to help.
Thanks a bunch for your time :)

-Stefan

Solution
The Motherboard you chose is for AMD CPUs, so change it for an Intel Motherboard for the i5-4460 you picked, bear in mind that CPU won't be a big difference from the one you currently have, at most a 20% faster so dunno if it's worth the upgrade, consider getting an aftermarket cooler and OC your current CPU if you'd like to save some money because like I said before you won't get that much of a boost going from your current to that CPU.

RAM is ok, GPU too, depending on how old is your PSU it should still be powerful enough for that GTX 970.

Your case has enough fans so the next step would be watercooling if needed, but that shouldn't be the case unless you plan to go 3way SLI or something like that + making some serious OC.

EDIT...

EDIT: Every time you change your motherboard you need to reinstall the OS, so if you do change it you'll have to reinstall it.
