If you want to built a gaming rig then I will recommend AMD. AMD=gaming.
CPU: http://www.flipkart.com/amd-3-9-ghz-fm2-quad-core-a8-6600k-processor/p/itmdswf9hcxwqepy?pid=PSRDHTMWZZHFHS3S&otracker=search_0&pageNum=1&query=AMD+a8

This is gaming mobo http://www.amazon.in/gp/aw/d/B00F0PLMUC/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1417418559&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX110_SY165

RAM:

I will recommend you to buy two same RAMs of 4 gb and put it in same colour slot DDR3_1 and DDR3_2. Because, if you put two same sticks in same colour slot, dual channel memory mode will be enable. This doubles original memory bandwidth of RAM.
I am using this configuration past a year and all games run smoothly without any lag. But want to buy a better cooler for both AMD and Intel. Here a cheap but best cooler see http://www.flipkart.com/cooler-master-hyper-tx3-evo/p/itmd5xzprhxvefrj?pid=COLD5XZPV75JZAEZ&otracker=start&q=cooler+master+hyper+tx3+evo

If you stretch your budget little bit more and buy this configuration I confidently say that you will never disappoint. You will love AMD.

By this you can play Battlefield 4 and COD advanced warfare BY INTERNAL GRAPHICS ALSO. BELIEVE ME I am playing this games with internal graphics. No graphics card installed yet. This games will run at mid settings 1280×780 Resolution without any lag. Runs very smoothly. Go for it!!!!!

No heating issues at all. But dont install the stock cooler that comes with processor. It cannot reduce the heat at load. Now I play Battlefield 4 for 3-4 hours and the temp still on 40-50°C. Then don't believe that AMD processor heats up. Easily overclock to 4.2GHz and gives fabulous performance. Go for it. !!!!

More like an AMD fanboy.
The AMD FM/FM2+ sockets are almost dead now. So, I don't recommend that. Atleast, get AMD FX-6300 (old too but AM3+ socket). And he said he already have GTX 750ti or R7 265. So, APU is not needed here.
