anyone know where to get older ram for this motherboard ether 2x4Gigs, 4x2Gigz or 2x2Gigs of some that will work.

Most boards whether AMD or Intel based work with 240 pin DIMM so your pretty much good to go with 1.5 v. So any ram in these specifications would work fine.

Ironically according to ASUS the chip architecture does not support chips of 256megabits or less, what I have currently working are 128x8 megabit chips? duel channel have tried 256x64 they don't, tried 512x64 also didn't work I am not an expert and don't really understand the x8 or x64 part of the chip but seams to be important. Also cant seam to find sets with x8, have some Super Talent 256x8 that don't work have tried resetting bios before installing the new DIMMs still no pots boot? Tried Crucials memory finder and some from other venders that still support the P5P43TD PRO motherboard with no luck. Oddly enough in all my research It seams the ones working that I am using shouldn't but they do ?
