Ok, I have an above average system, still, since my CPU can't be overclocked(i3 4130), what else, other than the crap I see on Youtube can I do in order to improve my PCs performance?

These are my specs:

i3 4130
GT430 1Gb DDR3
8Gb DDR3 1333Mhz
SSD Sandisk 128Gb
HDD Seagate 1TB

Thx in advance!

Faster in games, replace the video card. Faster overall, replace the CPU. That's it really. You have an SSD you have 8 gig of ram so nothing to upgrade there.

If you post your case brand/model and PSU brand/model we can recommend a video card to get. Probably the best upgrade for a low power system in a smaller case is the nVidia 750Ti for about $140. You can get as fast of a card cheaper but you may need a powe supply upgrade for that so cost may be the same.

I have a rather small/old case so that video card you suggested would be good. My PSU is a 600Watts(real) one, so I guess no problems there as well. What do you think?

Ok, I think I've found the video card you referred me to:

Tell me if one of those is the one you told me about, ok?

Thx in advance! :)

That is the one. Unfortunately if you have a small case, the 750Ti is the best you can do even if your power supply is good enough. If you have half height slots you won't be able to use the one in the picture, you would need a smaller one (height wise not length). I am pretty sure they make a 750Ti for small form computers. Depends on your case though.
