Hi. So I have compiled a list of parts that I am hoping to build a pc with. However, I am very new to this and figured I should get some expert advice. Do these all look compatible and functional? I basically just want to be able to run Dragon Age 3 :) Also, I'm looking to spend around a thousand dollars so anything that would bump the price up much would be a no-go.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor

Graphics Card: Asus Radeon R9 280 3GB DirectCU II Video Card

MOBO: Asus B85M-G Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Memory: Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

PSU: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

OS: Windows 8

Case: Cooler Master Storm Scout 2 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case

Thanks in advance for any help!

Solution
CPU - The 4590 is Haswell Refresh which is good, however the extra 100 MHz over the 4460 is negligible.
MB - B85 is OK, but look toward an H81 at a minimum. The H97 chipset would be the newest.
GPU - With your budget you can go "bigger" than the R9 280 if you wanted to.
SSD - Try to get one in now.
CASE - Fine and all, but a bit overpriced.
PSU - No CX / CS / Builder series from Corsair. Just stick with XFX or Seasonic.

Remove the SSD from the below build if you must stay under $1000...
