Ok so heres my problem; last week I built my first computer and everything seems to be working fine except for the fact that after about 1 - 5 minutes the computer just shuts off and the power button starts blinking. No matter how many times I click the power button it does not turn on. The only way that I can get it to turn back on is if I unplug it and then plug it back in. I cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong. can someone please help?

Here is my build:

Azza Solano 1000R
AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core
MSI 970 GAMING
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB
Antec Neo Eco 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Hitachi Deskstar 7K2000 2TB
Gigabyte Radeon R7 250X 2GB Video Card
Pioneer BDC-207DBK Blu-Ray Reader, DVD/CD Writer
Gigabyte Bluetooth 4.0/WiFi GC-WB867D-I
Arctic Cooling ACALP64-GT 25.6 CFM CPU Cooler

I would check to make sure 1) your components are properly installed (HSF, GPU, RAM, etc.), 2) all your PSU cables are properly connected and 3) if neither of those are the issue, start troubleshooting component by component to determine what is causing the issue.
