PC performance drop after resetting to factory settings

I am having a difficulty with my Cyberpower Fangbook Evo HX7 laptop. So recently, I had to reset my computer to factory settings (long story as to why). After I downloaded windows and my games, I attempted to play them. When I did, I noticed my performance had dropped significantly. I'm talking a 45 fps drop. I thought it was the graphics card drivers, so I updated them. No difference. What should I do?

Factory restore is on your harddrive so can you explain what you meant when you said you downloaded windows? It sounds like you missed a driver or two if you did download instead of factory restore.

I mean that I reinstalled windows 8.1 from the disk that came with my computer. I agree in that it is probably a driver issue, but the driver for what is the question.
