Hi - Yes, that PSU can run your current sys/GPU. The actual +12v rail amps avail is less than the sum
(29)of the two +12v rails separately. I couldn't find that exact model in the TT database, but did find
a PSU with the same +12v rail config (15+14) by the same OEM (HEC) that had 23 +12v amps avail and
included a 6pin pcie connector.
But, your sys with an R9 260x needs only 19 +12v amps, so you should be good to go.
However, I recommend you
start saving for a better quality PSU, the OEM,
HEC, for your model
is a
bottom feeder from a quality standpoint.
