So at start i want to say that in opinion you have "too much powerfull" cpu and "weak" graphic. You will be good with i5 (you save money and you can buy better graphics, that's more important) or if you want to save more money go for AMD but that's the thing of your budget.

If you planning upgrade your pc sometimes buy a better psu atleast 600w with 80+ certification because if you buy new graphic in future your psu can be weak and psu it's part of pc which should be really good because you can destroy whole pc with bad psu (i know that from my experience, i fried my gpu and hdd with bad psu).

You should buy SSD too because it's large improvement in system speed, game loading etc.. If you don't need 2TB hdd try to buy 1TB hdd and 128-256GB SSD. Also you can specify brand of parts which you are going to buy. (RAM, HDD etc..)

You dont need a i7 cause you wont get that much more performance then an i5. Go look at some benchmarks. Stick with an i5 and spend the extra money on an SSD. i7 is good but an i5 will give you more then enough power to play any game. almost all games don't use hyperthreading. Also stick with a standard i5 unless you plan on overclocking as it will also save you money there.
