My motherboard is Astrock g31m-s, My ram port is DDR2/800mhz,
My vga port is pcie 2.0 x 16,
Can I install EVGA geforce GT 520 DDR3 video card to my motherboard...?

This card is compatible with your motherboard. If you are concerned about using DDR2 for your CPU and GDDR3 for your GPU don't worry, they are separate and don't need to match. GPUs produced today come with GDDR5 memory and DDR5 hasn't even been invented yet.
