I am a college student and I have had this laptop for at almost a year now. Earlier today, I wanted to study before an exam, but everything kept freezing so I just shut it down using the power button, and left because I didn't have time to deal with it. When I try to turn it back on hours later, it never reaches the login page. For hours now, it has been showing the Gateway logo and loading circle, but never continues. I tried to shut it down and restart it in safe mode, but it got stuck on the repair screen. It just went black. I have no idea what to do.
