Should I sell my old(ish) build for $750?

Got an offer for $750 from someone for my old build. Should I take it and run?

Specs Include:
i7 870 overclocked to 4.0Ghz
Corsair H60 CPU Water Cooler
8 GB G.Skill 1866 Mhz RAM
120GB Kingston HyperX Solid State Drive
250 GB HDD
Crossfired XFX 5850 Black Edition + HIS 5850
Corsair GS600 Gaming Power Supply
Wireless Networking Card (WiFi on your desktop!)
Gigabyte p55a-ud3r Motherboard
24 inch 1080p Monitor

You won't get that much.

Proc + RAM - $200 You can get a brand new mobo and i5 4670k for around $300 so no one is going to pay near that much for a much older model.
CPU Cooler - $20 - Not a very high end unit and used
RAM - $40
SSD - $20 - Old SSD and not a very good one.
HDD - $0 - Might as well just throw out the HDD. Isn't worth anything at that size
Dual 5850 - $200 - With the recent price drop of high end cards you will be lucky to get this
PSU - $20 - So so used PSU
Wireless Card - $5 - New wireless cards are around $9
Monitor - $40 - No brand specified and used.

That totals $545. That should be the price of the system.
