Upgrading my slow & crappy computer to play NBA 2k15

I have low budget money and i think i can buy this things to upgrade this crappy computer i have. If i upgraded my OS to 64 bit, my nvidia to gtx 550 ti and my ram to 4 gb will i be able to run NBA 2k15? Can i install GTX 550 ti with the motherboard i have?

Processor: Pentium Dual Core E5800 3.20 Ghz
RAM: 2 GB Ram
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit
GPU: Nvidia GT 520.
Motherboard: Dell inc. Optiplex 380

I have 1440 x 900 resolution. In my current spec most high games i play is so demanding and laggy. So i usually set the game resolution to 800 x 600 or lower. Haha. Yep you're right!

I will recommend you that you buy a basketball instead and go play on your local court. unless you have some BIG issue that does not allow you to do it. don't answer me, I wont be here to read it. just think about what I said.

Be sure to give your system a good cleaning before trying to game. If you have a lot of stuff running in the background, it can steal resources and cause software conflicts. I like to run CCleaner occasionally and do the Clean and Registry portions. Been using it for many years and never have any issues.
