Does a 32 GB SSD have enough space for a for a home-theater PC?

Will a 32 GB SSD have enough space for a for a home-theater PC? I plan on using Windows 8.1, and from what I understand, this will take up 20-25 GB.
I plan to use my HTPC ONLY for streaming tv and movies. I don't plan to installing movies or TV episodes, or playing any games on it. The only software I am going to install is Windows 8.1, and a software to read blue-ray disks.

Also you are not going to get the full use of the 32GB because formatting wil cause you to lose 2-4 gb. Take in to account updates for the os over time you will be cutting it to close . Be wise go with a 64 GB SSD.
