Motherboard beeps 5 times on a loop which means real time clock failure?. NEED HELP

I just got a new case and transferred the innards of my old dell xps 8300 into an nzxt gaurdian rb to get more cooling. But after the transfer I boot up the system it gave me 5 beep and continuously and black screen.

See if replacing the cmos battery helps. It's cheap, typically $5 to $10

check for dirt in the ram slots. put in one dimm make sure it locked in. on the mb make sure the 4/8 pin cpu power plug is connected and all the power to your gpu is connected. make sure the mb not shorted to the case or the shield.

Hey guys thank you so much for the response. I found out that one of the standoff was not attached to the case and I also replaced the cmos battery so the computer booted and I got it working. Thanks again! This happened when I swapped out the motherboard of the xps8300 into a nzxt gaurdian case.
