windows 8.1 will not recognize my video card video drivers will not install

i installed a new Nvidea GeForce GTX 870m and did a fresh install of windows 8.1. I can not get it to recognize the card nor can i get the drivers to install please help. New Wow exp came out really want to play course my luck order a new card and now it wont work.

i have a M17xR4 windows 8.1 x64 please let me know what other info u need to help thank you for ur time

Uninstall all the drivers related to GPU and restart the system.
Do a windows update and install all the updates.
Restart the system again and download & install the latest GPU (may try to install the Stable version than going for Beta) drivers form Nvidia website. Restart the system again.
