Help me overclocking my Geforce 8400 GS

I know Geforce 8400 GS is the worst of them all but i have that card and i am thinking to overclock it.My specs:
2 GB DDR3 RAM
500 GB HDD
Windows 7 Home premium
core i3 processor
Nvidia zotac geforce 8400 GS 1 GB
The truth is that i am afraid of overclocking my gfx card cause i thought that it can result in damage of the card.So i want some help from you guyzz in overclocking

Just download msi afterburner and try it out but on that card don't expect the world. Honestly you will not see any improvement by overclocking that card and more than likely you will end up hurting the card as it is not meant to overclock
