cheapest gpu for upcoming games (preferably gta v) on 1080p ultra?

So, im going to buy a custom pc. I'm looking for the cheapest gpu for gta v ultra also for upcoming games 1080p. The rest of the planned pc is:

Fx 8350
Asrock 970 pro 3 or m5a97 r2.0
8 gb ram 17000 c9
650 ocz zt psu
Cm 212x cooler

well there is no 'cheap' when you are talking ultra setting
especially for games that aren't even out yet
id say gtx 970 is the way to go
you never know what the demands of the game are going to be
youd be safer on going with the 970 and assuring yourself ultra preset playability
rather than going with a 770/280/280X and be uncertain whether or not you wil be able to play the game at ultra

If you plan on gaming on Ultra on any game within the year you can't go for the cheapest. You should check value/performance. I know the gtx 760 has great value, and it should be able to run high settings for a while. AMD often have GPU with good value also.

I can't say with confidence what GPU you need for gta, but if you want to go absolute cheapest, it shoulden't be very expensive.

Thanks. I'm also thinking of getting a 970 or 280 since it's only $200 ( or 2 mil indonesian rupiah)
Difference but much more performance. But im also a junior schooler so i cant get any work and have to save up for it for a long time ( i calculated maybe 10 months to a year) and have to sell my old pc. Anyways thanks for the help
