yes but not with that psu, most likely doesnt have a pcie power connector, plus what cpu is in there?

^^^^^ I agree, you wont be able to play amny games with a core 2 duo anymore, they just arent very powerfull.
Ive tried and its not fun.
I would save your money and look toward upgrading your cpu/mobo first or throwing in a cheap used core 2 quad for the time being
