Hey everyone, first time ever posting here. I've had an issue for some time now where I have problems getting Catalyst Control Center to open. Sometimes I have to restart my computer to get it open properly. Today I couldn't for the life of me get it to open at all.

I did a clean uninstall of the Catalyst driver suite and all it's components. I restarted my computer and then did a fresh reinstall. The odd thing is, in the installation options Catalyst Control Center isn't even an option anymore like it's been previously. It looks like a lot of other stuff is missing too. The components I was capable of installing though installed with no errors and appears to be working correctly.

■ This is what I'm capable of installing when I tried to run it again. http://puu.sh/cPe8B/6742970e6a.jpg
■ This is all I'm capable of uninstalling when I see what there is to uninstall so CCC simply isn't installed. http://puu.sh/cPffb/7dbf4a3b1a.jpg
■ Thanks to a friend I was able to get this picture from him. http://puu.sh/cPeRF/6ed6f38cfa.png I had all of this as uninstallation options when I uninstalled it today and I've had them all installed in the past.

I have an Asus HD 6670 and the driver I attempted installing was 14.11.1 Beta. Anyone have any idea on what the problem could be? If anyone needs any additional information just tell me.

Not sure why I didn't consider this before but thanks for the input junkeymonkey. I'll look into older drivers and see if that solves anything. I'll respond back when I see what happens with a few different drivers if needed.

It appears the beta driver doesn't work with my card even though the download page I was on was suppose to be for my model of graphics adapters from their official website. I've got CCC and all other functionality working with the non-beta driver.

I apologize for taking up your time for such a simple solution junkeymonkey but I do thank you for helping me figure it out sooner.

seems like my old 6850 came with the 12.8 driver but if you get it its broken from amd I don't know what is the deal with amd and these drivers but those are the 2 I use I posted above and work fine

be sure you read the foot and release notes of the driver your using for it proper install/uninstall and to see if you missed something
