go to the desktop.
hold down the windows logo key and press the R key
in the open box type in, msconfig then click on OK.
Hit the BOOT tab. Hit Advanced Options. Unclick "maximum memory"

go to the start menu, right click computer and go to properties. Take a screen shot of the info window and post it here. The windows edition and system sections are enough. Don't show us your key and all that other stuff. The easiest way to do this is to use the "snipping tool" built into windows.
