Hello,

KINGSTON RBU-SC100S37128GD
Is anyone knows what model of Kinston SSD is it?
I search to know its power consumption and by the way if someone has a general opinion, I'm interested.

Bye

Solution
Do you have more information on it? Serial number?
I think it is the SSDNow 128gb. I think the RBU-SC100 is a reseller part number, not the actual kingston retail number. I only find it on Asian parts supplier websites, so it may be a regional part.

Power Consumption (Idle)
0.49W

Power Consumption (Active)
1.87W

Hi John,
I'm Jewel with Kingston Technical Support. That SSD is made specifically for ASUS to put into their systems. The information I have available on the drive is that it is a SATAIII 2.5" 7mm drive. The best place to get more technical information about that SSD will be to contact ASUS. If you are seeing this drive sold individually it most likely was taken from an ASUS system and I would not recommend purchasing it. For any further questions, please call us at 1-800-435-0640 (USA and Canada only) M - F 6am - 6pm PT and I or another available Technician will assist you.

Thank you for selecting Kingston as your upgrade partner.

Thank you both.
Yes it is the 128 GB SSD drive that Asus put in their new N751JK laptops.

RBU-SC100 = It is probably Kingston SSD now v100, v200 or v300 maybe SC100 means v100.
