Can't open BIOS

I wanted to open my BIOS to change hard drives this morning, but it wouldn't open. My motherboard (H61M-P32/W8) says you have to mash delete before windows starts up, but I have a problem. My keyboard won't even turn on until I get the windows logo, so it boots straight into windows. Any help?

P.S. It's not a keyboard problem, I have tried with 3 different ones

I am also using Windows 10 Preview

See if these is away to turn off the fast boot to Windows option in Windows.

try an old fashioned ps/2 keyboard

that motherboard can take one cant it?

Always be sure you turn on the legacy USB devices in BIOS so it doesn't have to load the Windows drivers to run the USB stuff. Barrow a PS/2 Keyboard then.

Did you have your boot order set to check DVDs 1st? Perhaps if you have one loaded it will slow done the boot, then again maybe it won't, lol.
