256gb ssd vs. 120gb ssd + 1tb hdd

I am building a new gaming pc and my budget is limiting me to a 256gb ssd or a 120gb ssd and a 1tb hdd.

I wont be having any movies/picture/music on this pc. This build will only be for gaming, which one should I choose.

I will be getting new games like assasins creed unity (it needs 50gb storage if I remember correctly)

Yeah. What this guy said. I have a 120GB SSD and a 750GB HDD. So Steam is 100% on the SSD and everything else is on the HDD. So when theres updates and what not I'm not bottle necked by HDD write speed. So I can do all the background windows stuff with udpates and update steam at the same time.
