I bought the AMD Athlon X4 860K with a motherboard that doesn't actually work with it without a BIOS update, and I do not have access or the funds to procure a cpu that works with the motherboard to update BIOS. I would like to know if there is a MicroATX motherboard that can support the processor out of the box. The motherboard also has to have onboard .USB 3.0 headers.
What MicroATX motherboards will work with AMD Athlon X4 860K withoout BIOS update.

Where did you buy it from that it didn't have BIOS 0701? Must have been an old board. It might be cheaper to buy an inexpensive $40 APU and update the BIOS than buy a new MB. Then you can sell the APU on ebay or someplace. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113349
Otherwise you are into another $75 or better motherboard.
But what has me baffled, is that the CPU support list shows the A10-7850K as being supported by the first BIOS for that board: 0303

And the Athlon X4 860K is the exact same processor as the A10 7850K but with the GPU disabled. What happens when you try to boot?

Got it from Amazon, who got it from Galactics. I would also rather just have it work from the box for simplicity's sake. When I try to boot nothing shows up on the screen whether i plug it into the graphics card or the motherboard. Motherboard light it on, everything is plugged in correctly, there are no beeps from the speaker.
