Xbox One + A Few Games or PS4 with alot of games?

Well I am 14, and Christmas is around the corner and I am having one of the toughest decisions ever. I can either get an Xbox One, with like 4 games which would be Halo MCC, Forza Horizon 2, COD AW, and Sunset Overdrive, or should I just buy a ton of games for my PS4 like The Last of Us Remastered, Killzone Shadowfall, Infamous Second Son, Battlefield 4, and Knack. Please help me with my decision. And if you could, please give me some background knowledge of the Xbox One and if you like it more than a PS4.

The Xbox One is the slower of the two consoles and as such multiplatform titles will usually run at a lower resolution and/or lower framerate than the PS4 version of the same game. If you already have a decent gaming PC, there isn't much point in getting an Xbox One as most of Microsoft's 'exclusives' are timed deals and they will likely see a PC release around 8 months after the Xbox One release, eg. Dead Rising 3 and Ryse Son of Rome. I wouldn't be surprised if Sunset Overdrive also finds its way to PC in about 8 months as well, there have been some 'mistakes' on some ads hinting at a PC release. The only exclusives Microsoft can seem to hang on to are ones where Microsoft actually owns the IP eg. Halo, Gears of War, Forza, and whatever Kinect shovelware they have Rare pumping out.

PS4 has more actual exclusives that you aren't going to see on other platforms, plus all the multiplatform titles that will play at a higher resolution and/or higher framerate than the Xbox One, so it probably is a better choice of the two unless you have absolutely no interest in Sony's exclusives, or you're a huge Halo, Gears or Forza fan.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that A.) I do have a gaming PC, which is pretty good. B.) Believe it or not, I really don't care about resolution, only frame-rate and the games. I understand the PS4 IS the more powerful of the two, but I really wanted input from someone who has both consoles, because I hear that alot of people that have the X1 and PS4 just let their PS4 collect dust as they play X1 most of the time. I just wanted to know what had the better exclusives, and I am a HUGE HUGE HUGE Halo/ Forza fan. I really have never played Uncharted before, and never seen gameplay, and I don't know any exclusives besides Killzone and The Last of Us that I would like on the PS4.
